60-90 minute appointment

During your first appointment you’ll be asked a range of questions about your overall health and family history to build a holistic picture of your case. Your naturopath may also perform assessments such as taking your blood pressure, performing physical examinations (when relevant), taking photos of your iris and checking your pulse. You will also discuss your health goals with your naturopath to inform your personalised treatment plan.

Follow up consult

45 minute appointment

In your follow up consult, your naturopath will discuss your personalised treatment plan, including recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle, as well as herbs and supplements. Future consults will monitor your progress and modify treatment as you work towards achieving your health goals.

Acute consult

30 minute appointment

Acute consults are for sudden onset illnesses and infections. Your naturopath will discuss and provide treatment options for this single condition.
